My KYC documents were rejected by Fisdom? What do I do now?

To open your investment account on Fisdom, we need to ensure that the documents submitted by you are in compliance with the KYC guidelines. In case they are not, we may have to reject them.

There could be multiple reasons as to why there is a rejection of your KYC documents. Our KYC team will promptly communicate the reason for rejection to you via email. 

Based on this reason for rejection, you will then be required to re-upload the necessary documents by tapping ‚Complete your KYC‚.
